Overall I was quite impressed. The two workers arrived on time and were very polite. The vinyl siding and gutters were filthy dirty after a brutal winter followed by the spring tree pollen. The area around the two upper roof vents had black mold which is very difficult to remove. Other areas had some green mold. They sprayed a cleaning solution first which contained a mild bleach. Then they pressure washed the house with straight water bringing it up like new.
