Sr. Director of Business Development
James is a highly experienced Operator and Business Consultant with over 24 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams to scale their business. Prior to joining Rolling Suds as our Sr. Director of Business Development, he most recently worked as Regional Director of Franchise Operations for a large fast casual restaurant franchisor. There he led multiple franchisees in scaling their business while growing their revenue and profitability. James also was a franchisee himself with a large QSR franchise, where he scaled from 6 locations to 26 locations and had a successful exit.
When James is not working, he enjoys reading, bowling, and spending time with his wife, Samantha, and their 4 children.
